How to become cabin crew?To become a flight attendant, it depends on the country you wish to apply in. For example, in France, a certified training is mandatory, but in most other countries, no specific training is required, a high school diploma is sufficient. Make sure to check the specifications of the company you wish to apply for. Emirates, for instance, does not require any training! Therefore, paying for often expensive schools that are not mandatory is unnecessary. In reality, the hardest part is to pass your assessment day.

What to expect during an assessment day?Regardless of the airline you are applying to, recruitment days are similar. These days are long and challenging, with companies like Emirates receiving 300 candidates (sometimes more) in a single day, with only about ten being recruited by the company.
